We purchased a 16 unit property closing in fall of 2021. We were able to increase the valuation of the property tremendously since then by increasing the cashflow. Renovations of multiple units were performed resulting in substantially higher rents for those unit. Furthermore, rents of other units were increased to catch up to market level. Lastly, we created storage units on site that have been leased out to the tenants for additional cash flow. These changes have resulted in tremendous increase in rents and over property valuation. Our investorss have been able to enjoy cash attractive returns in the form of quarterly payments and added equity on their initial investment.
