Micah Lundstedt has been involved in real estate since his first real estate purchase in 2010. Since then he has purchased dozens of rental units. He has oversees numerous renovation projects, and owns a multitude of rental properties in and around Eugene, OR.

Micah became a general partner of his first syndicated multifamily real estate purchase in 2021. The new 16 unit property has been more successful than initially anticipated and has been performing well for investors since the purchase!

Vinney Chopra – Strategic Advisor

Mr. Chopra is a mechanical engineer, MBA, California real estate broker, Author and Host of Two Podcasts and founder of 5 companies came to the US from India with $7 in his pocket. He sold encyclopedias and bibles door to door as a student. His hard work paid off when he graduated from George Washington University with an M.B.A. (In marketing). He realized then he would make his career in the “relationship building and networking” field. A strong believer in the power of positive thought and selfless actions, Vinney’s life has been a highly inspiring rags to riches story. As a multifamily syndication expert, he has facilitated over 29 successful syndication deals. He has acquired and manages a very successful real estate investment portfolio worth over $400 million.
